The Wholeness Coaching programme is a personalised and tailored approach to personal and professional development. It offers you the opportunity to receive one-on-one guidance and support from a qualified coach. Wholeness Coaching is designed to meet the specific needs and goals of each client, ensuring a bespoke experience. Whether it is for a single day, six months or even years, Wholeness Coaching adapts to the unique requirements and preferences of individuals. With a focus on enhancing personal growth and accomplishing desired outcomes, Wholeness Coaching provides a dedicated and individualised support system for clients to achieve more than they possibly could achieve on their own. This is why Andrew and Sarah work with only five Wholeness Coaching clients per year, ensuring that each individual receives their full attention, commitment and expertise.
The Wholeness Coaching programme involves working closely with a coach who provides one-on-one guidance and support to help individuals achieve their goals and maximise their potential. It can take various forms, including face-to-face sessions, online interactions, or even residential visits to The Wholeness Retreat focused on holistic well-being. The coaching process may encompass a combination of these aspects, depending on the specific needs and preferences of the individual. Through targeted discussions, exercises and feedback, Wholeness Coaching aims to foster self-awareness, enhance skills and empower individuals to overcome challenges, maximise their potential and strive towards success.

Comprehensive Health Insight
For those seeking a deeper understanding of their physical wellbeing, a comprehensive private health assessment can be included as part of your experience, offering valuable insight into your current health and wellbeing. This may include a full medical and family history, blood testing, liver and kidney function, thyroid, iron, diabetes screening, bone health, cholesterol metabolism, cardiovascular risk analysis, resting ECG, lung function testing, postural assessment and additional male or female specific investigations where appropriate.
