Using information gathered during the first consultation, our qualified personal trainer and nutrition coach will build a programme that is specific to you, improving your weaknesses and building on your strengths. The programmes are long-term and carefully structured, and include fitness assessments to make sure you are on the right path. They will be designed to use in or out of the gym, depending on what suits you, and will be flexible to meet the needs of your lifestyle.
The body is like a machine accustomed to running on a certain kind of fuel. It has only been in the past several decades that our culture has embraced a dietary lifestyle that is actively harmful to our overall health. Many people struggle with the right nutrition. Working together, we will create a dietary programme that is right for you. Everyone has different tolerance levels and it is vitally important that we find the right levels for you. When this nutritional-hormonal balance is achieved, most people experience a dramatic increase in feelings of wellbeing and significantly reduced stress levels. The right diet will also reduce chronic inflammation which can help with lifelong diseases. The end result is that you will be able to train harder for longer, and feel amazing while you do it!

Cold Water Therapy
